Privacy Policy

We collect the following categories of information:

• Contact details you provide when joining the waitlist: first name, last name, and email address.
• Health-related responses you choose to submit in the waitlist questionnaire, such as general health status, symptom history, prior testing habits, and related preferences.
• Consent record: whether you agreed to receive updates and results, and the time you did so.
• Usage and device data collected automatically through analytics, such as pages viewed, scroll depth, approximate location, and general device or browser information.

Some usage data is collected through cookies and similar technologies set by us or our analytics provider, as described under “Analytics and cookies” below. We may also receive limited technical information from the service providers that host and secure this site.

We do not ask for and do not intend to collect payment card numbers, government identifiers, or precise geolocation through this website.

• To operate the early-access waitlist, reserve your place, and contact you about the pilot.
• To understand aggregate interest and improve our website and materials.
• To communicate with you if you have consented to updates and results.
• To maintain the security, integrity, and reliability of our systems and to prevent fraud or abuse.
• To comply with legal obligations and to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

We use your health-related responses only for the purposes described in this policy and, where applicable law requires it, only with your consent. We do not use them to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not “share” it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law.

Your questionnaire answers are transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) to systems Antygen controls. They are stored in a database that has no public read access and is writable only by our server. Your answers are never placed in a URL and are never sent to our web-analytics provider.

To operate the pilot, a summary of a new signup — including questionnaire answers — may be delivered to an internal Antygen team workspace so we can follow up. Access is limited to authorized personnel who need it to run the early-access program, and those personnel are subject to confidentiality obligations.

Providing health-related answers is entirely optional. You can join the waitlist without completing the questionnaire, and you can ask us to delete answers you have already submitted at any time using the contact details below.

Some U.S. state laws — including the Washington My Health My Data Act and Nevada's consumer health data law — define “consumer health data” broadly and may apply to the answers you give in our questionnaire. Where these laws apply, we collect and process consumer health data only to provide the early-access waitlist you asked to join and related communications you consented to, and not for advertising.

We do not sell consumer health data, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers who host, store, and secure it on our behalf under contracts that limit their use of it. Residents covered by these laws may request to access, and to delete, the consumer health data we hold about them, and may withdraw consent to further processing. To make such a request, contact us using the details below.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. Analytics events record actions such as page views, scroll depth, and progress through the questionnaire (for example, which step number a visitor reached) — but never the content of your health answers. Google may set cookies or process usage data as an independent controller under its own policies. You can limit this through your browser settings or applicable opt-out tools, including the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking cookies will not prevent you from joining the waitlist, though some parts of the site may behave differently.

We rely on a small number of vendors to run this site, including hosting and deployment, database storage, team messaging, and analytics providers. These providers process information on our behalf and are permitted to use it only to provide services to us. We aim to work with providers that maintain reasonable, industry-standard safeguards.

We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls that limit who can read questionnaire responses, and storage that is not publicly readable. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so while we work to protect your information we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If we become aware of a security incident affecting your information, we will notify you and any regulators as required by applicable law.

We keep waitlist information for as long as needed to run the early-access program and for legitimate business or legal purposes. In deciding how long to keep information, we consider the amount and sensitivity of the data, the reasons we hold it, and any legal requirements that apply. When it is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it. You may ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact below.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. California residents (under the CCPA/CPRA) may exercise these rights, including regarding sensitive personal information, and will not be discriminated against for doing so.

• Request access to or a copy of the information we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your information.
• Withdraw consent to updates at any time by unsubscribing or contacting us.
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — note that we do not sell or share it.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address below. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we will not treat you differently for exercising your rights. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request where the law allows, and we may ask the agent for proof of authorization. If we decline a request, you may ask us to reconsider by replying to our response.

Antygen operates from the United States, and the information we collect is processed and stored in the United States. If you access the site from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and handled in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your location. Please do not submit health-related answers if you are not comfortable with this.

This website and the waitlist are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as our product develops and before any kit ships. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above and, where appropriate, by additional notice.
