Antygen is developing an early-access research and wellness profile. It is not a diagnostic device, and nothing on this site is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Information provided here should not be used to make health decisions, and it is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. Always seek the advice of your physician with any questions about a medical condition.

Any statements about what Antygen may one day measure or report describe our research direction, not a product available today, and have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or emergency services immediately.

Joining the waitlist reserves interest in a future early-access program. It is not a purchase, does not guarantee availability, pricing, or a specific timeline, and creates no obligation on either party to proceed. Features, availability, and offerings described on this site are preliminary and may change.

We may contact you about the pilot, prioritize or limit participation, and change or discontinue the waitlist at any time. If and when early access becomes available, it may be subject to additional terms that we will present to you at that time.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding agreement to use this site and join the waitlist. By using the site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

When you join the waitlist you may choose to receive updates from us by email. By opting in, you consent to receive those messages at the address you provide. You can withdraw consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any message or by contacting us, and we will stop sending marketing updates, though we may still send you messages necessary to administer the waitlist.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. Please provide only information you are comfortable sharing. Our handling of the information you submit is described in our Privacy Policy.

If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas about Antygen, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them to operate and improve our products and services, without obligation to you.

• Do not use the site unlawfully or in a way that could harm, disable, or impair it.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Do not submit false information or impersonate another person.
• Do not introduce malware or attempt to interfere with the security of the site.
• Do not scrape, copy, or exploit site content except as normally permitted by a browser.

The site, including its text, design, logos, and graphics, is owned by Antygen, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to view the site for its intended purpose. All other rights are reserved. “Antygen” and our logos are marks of Antygen, Inc. and may not be used without our prior written permission.

The site relies on third-party providers for hosting, storage, messaging, and analytics, and may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties, and your use of their services is governed by their own terms.

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any information on it is complete or current.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Antygen, Inc. and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the site or the waitlist, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the site or the waitlist will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Antygen, Inc. and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Antygen's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The specific venue will be confirmed in the final terms prior to launch. Before filing any formal claim, you agree to first contact us and attempt in good faith to resolve the matter informally.

We may update these Terms as our product develops. Changes take effect when posted, indicated by updating the date above. Your continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will stay in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent, while we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Antygen regarding the site and the waitlist.
