For everyone whose labs “look fine”

Your labs came back normal.
You know you're not.

Even the most comprehensive biomarker testing on the market checks around 100 markers and calls it a day. Antygen reads millions of antibody signals from a single drop of blood, including the autoantibodies that can drive real symptoms while routine bloodwork stays “normal.”

What we screen for

Everything we test for, in one sample.

There is no test menu to pick from. Every sample runs against the whole array: 129 named readouts across 18 families, drawn from 21,000+ protein targets, every time.

Why labs miss it

Why normal results can still be wrong.

When every test comes back clean but you still feel wrong, the problem usually isn't you, it's the resolution of the test. Even the most advanced biomarker panels were never built to see the immune system attacking its own tissue. That signal lives in your antibody repertoire, and almost nobody is looking at it.

“Everything looks normal.”

The most thorough biomarker panel on the market reads about 100 markers. Your immune system runs on millions of signals.

Autoantibodies hide.

Antibodies attacking your own tissue can be present years before a diagnosis, and years before a standard test thinks to look.

You deserve the full picture.

Not a shrug. A map you can actually bring to your doctor.

What the resolution gap costs

Over half of all autoantibodies observed have never been described before.

Which means the thing driving your symptoms may simply not be on anyone's list yet. That is the gap Antygen was built to close.

Who it's for

Conditions people come to us about.

Many people who find Antygen are somewhere in one of these journeys, diagnosed, suspected, or still searching.

Important

Antygen adds context, it doesn't replace a diagnosis.

Conditions like POTS (diagnosed by tilt-table testing) and MCAS (diagnosed via tryptase and clinical criteria) require evaluation by a clinician. Antygen contributes an immune-repertoire layer you can bring to that conversation; it is not a stand-alone diagnostic for these conditions.

A real case · anti-CD320

Her B12 was “normal.” She was still declining. One antibody explained why.

Serum B12 looked perfectly normal, yet the patient kept deteriorating neurologically. The cause: an autoantibody blocking the CD320 receptor that carries B12 into cells. The vitamin was in the blood; it just couldn't get where it needed to go. Invisible to standard labs. Visible in the antibody repertoire.

Frequently asked questions.

Possibly. Standard tests check a limited set of targets. Antygen screens your antibody response across 21,000+ proteins, so it can surface immune signals a narrow panel wasn't designed to catch. Anything it finds is meant to be reviewed with your clinician.

No. Those are diagnosed clinically (for example, tilt-table testing for POTS, tryptase and clinical criteria for MCAS). Antygen adds an immune-repertoire layer you can bring to your care team, it's context and clues, not a diagnosis.

Never. Antygen is a research-and-wellness profile designed to give you and your clinician more to work with, not to replace medical care.

Often, yes. A repertoire-wide view can help you track immune activity over time and understand the fuller picture beyond the one or two markers your diagnosis was based on.
